Patrick is an associate at the Firm. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including consumer protection, business, employment, and class action litigation. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts involving a variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, transportation, food services, technology, and construction.
Prior to joining the Firm, Patrick practiced at firms specializing in commercial real estate litigation and employment litigation, including discrimination and wrongful termination. His experience litigating a wide array of cases from inception through trial for both plaintiffs and defendants gives Patrick a valuable perspective on successful trial strategy.
Patrick earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2013; he was a member of the school trial team and the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Business Administration from Principia College in 2009, where he was elected student body treasurer.
